She was very quick because my main concern (eczema) was pretty much all better. I brought up another concern (skin tag), which she took care of, but didn't discuss it in detail with me. I looked at the medical notes online and got more information there than I did from her.
PDT treatment so a little different experience. Dr. Alora was good in explaining. I've had PDT previously so I knew what to expect. RN [redacted] was exceptional. She was polite and professional.
Dr. Alora is a truly focused Living God:-)
Dr Alora is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Understood, the areas I thought were an issue, dryness, Dr Alora, assured me your well. [redacted]
Everyone in the office was extremely nice. The Dr. was so knowledgeable, kind, and interesting in helping me. Such a good experience.
Thank you Dr. Alora!
Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough
The doctor was awesome and the girl at the front desk was the best. She took care of me. [redacted]
I had some semi-urgent care from a different dermatologist in the department last summer. Dr. Alora knew about that treatment, and provided some follow up care in a courteous and efficient way. This was in addition to the regular skin-check I was there to receive.
